Time to annoy you with one of my favorite subjects…
It’s my chance to annoy you with why you need to drink more water! I know, I know this is a “dry” subject. Most people SAY they know they should drink more water, but seriously how many people actually do drink more?
Usually, people drink LESS THAN ENOUGH to…
…properly run their motherlovin’ bodies! You know you’re one of em…sorry to break it to you but you know for a fact that you forget to drink water because you’re always in “achiever mode” trying to accomplish a goal/task/mission/priority.

So, this letter is a reminder…that’s all, just a reminder to drink more water. So, the more you read or hear something the more you remember to apply it.
Here’s why you should drink more water when it comes to preventing pain:
Your spine will start to shrink (aka “degenerate”) if it does not get enough or if it gets the wrong kind (like acidic purified water, sodas, or anything with sugar).
What happens when it shrinks is those columns of bone that make up your spine along with your discs start to slowly compress and you begin forming bone spurs and chronic degenerative disc disease…PLUS they start to press on the nerves running up and down those areas along your spinal column! OUCHEY MCGOUCHY! (Yeah I just said that).

How can water help with your looks?
Since water is a natural detoxifier it will not only hydrate you it will also flush your body out of most of the crap that we put in it, including those burger (yum). This will help you lose weight and clear up some of that acne.
Add this to your water…
Add some pink himalayan salt to your water to help you absorb it more. You’ll pee less. It gives your body extra electrolytes and minerals that it needs and usually lacks like calcium, chloride, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium. We could all use more magnesium for sure.
Nonetheless, Pink Himalayan Salt has over 84 minerals in it. Aside from that, it also makes the water more absorbable to your body because water in nature is usually found with most of these minerals as it passes through sediments and rocks in nature (which is why purified water tends to leave us feeling thirsty and chronically dehydrated).

This is what Paul Chek says. What he means is, that when you eat chew it till it’s liquid and when you drink make sure you swish it around in your mouth for some time so that your saliva connects to it which allows better assimilation of this precious liquid.
